AGM 2023 announcement

Dear EGHC Members & Vice Presidents

Following a successful season in our adult and junior hockey, we are delighted to announce the date of the forthcoming 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and hope you are able to attend.

The 2023 AGM will be held on Thursday 25^th May at 8pm in the Ashdown Suite at East Grinstead Sports Club.

We kindly ask you to register your intention to attend via email to the club secretary at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than Friday 12^th May.

If you are unable to attend and wish to vote by proxy, please complete the form in the link below and send it to the club secretary by email no later than Friday 19^th May.

If you wish to raise any questions in advance of the meeting or provide your apologies, please submit these in advance no later than Friday 19^th May.

The agenda, 2022 AGM minutes and the current list of Vice Presidents can be found on our website under https://eghockey.co.uk/our-club/agms. A financial report will be available for the AGM.
