The Men's 2nd XI are looking for an experienced high level coach to bring the team to the next level. Scoring the most number of goals and conceding the fewest in South East Division 1 they fell just short of promotion in 2022/23 season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective training programs to enhance players' skills, teamwork, and overall performance.
• Provide strategic guidance during matches and create game plans to maximize the team's success.
• Mentor and motivate players, fostering a strong team spirit and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with 1st XI coaches and management to ensure a cohesive coaching approach.

Desirable Qualities:

• Extensive experience in coaching hockey at various levels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to connect with players and staff.
• Proven ability to analyze games, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies.
• Passion for player development, with an emphasis on skill enhancement and tactical understanding.

Requirements:

• Coaching certifications and qualifications relevant to hockey.
• In-depth understanding of the rules, techniques, and strategies of field hockey.
• Availability for practices, matches, and occasional travel as required by the team's schedule.
