What's included:
- 4-hour specialist goalkeeper training camp at East Grinstead Hockey Club, designed to develop GK specific technical skills.
-Two 90-minute on-pitch sessions focusing on shot stopping, decision making, positioning, and game scenarios.
- Tactical and video discussion to improve understanding, and develop smarter in-game decision making.
Please bring a packed lunch.
