Camp 1 (30th and 31st of July)
Age group: 7-13
Theme: The Best Team Wins!
Description: It is always the best team that wins the game! With the Olympics in full flow, come and enjoy a day filled with Hockey team challenges and some Olympic disciplines with a Hockey spin. Put yourself up against your friends and the leader board to see which team can make it out on top! Coached by current premier league players and experienced coaches, it is sure to be a day of triumph!
Camp 2: 1st of August
Age group: 12-16
Theme: In the Air
Description: In the modern game, it is increasingly popular to keep the ball off of the pitch in a variety of ways. From 3D skills to Aerials and lifted forehand shots, this camp has it all. Coached by players and coaches that are at the top of the game. Come and learn some new skills to take back ready for preseason to impress your coaches.
Camp 3: 20th and 21st of August
Age group: 7-13
Theme: Get ready for Hockey!
Description: Preseason is just around the corner and being ready to hit the ground running will put you ahead of all your friends waiting to come back. On this camp, we will go through all the skills and techniques, as well as, match play tactic refreshers. We will also be adding some fitness aspects to complement the summer fitness program.
Camp 4: 22nd of August
Age group: 12-16
Theme: Hit the ground running
Description: Fitness and performance are key technical aspects that will put you above others fighting for positions in teams. This camp is designed to prepare you for preseason and selection processes. The morning will consist of some strength and conditioning from our Men's first-team S&C coach and some technical training with current premier league players. The afternoon will be based on gameplay tactics in both pressing and out letting. Get ready for a jam-packed day with everything to prepare you for the season ahead.

Max Lowery: Max Lowrey is an EGHC Men's 1st team player/drag flicker and Previously captained Exeter University 1st team, England U16, U18 and GB U21s.
Tom Tyers: Junior Director of Hockey and Men's 1st player
