East Grinstead Men, competing in the England Hockey Premier League Indoors and Outdoors, are seeking a new Head coach, with an opportunity to make a significant impact on our club while building on the club's history. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
- Ability to plan and lead quality training sessions in preparation for match days
- Ability to set out and develop East Grinstead's patterns of play and respond to the dynamics of match situations
- Experienced coach, ideally including Premier League experience, or ambitious to develop and grow quickly at that level
- Committed to the England Hockey coaching pathway, ideally either already with EH L3 or approaching
- Literate in video coding systems and engaging teams in their application
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
