Max Lowry joined East Grinstead after a year at Wimbledon. His hockey journey started at Epsom Hockey Club, from where he moved to Surbiton, earning his Premier League debut at just 15 years old.
Following his time at Surbiton, Max attended Exeter University, playing three years in the Premier League. He excelled in his final year, captaining the team to indoor promotion and successfully steering the team clear of relegation.
Max has also distinguished himself in international competition, having represented England at U16, U18 and U21 level. He is also a former member of the Great Britain Elite Development Programme.
Off the pitch, Max is currently employed by Y1 Hockey, one of the largest hockey stick providers in the world.
