Welcome to Saint Hill for the second home game of the 2020/21 season played under the current health restrictions. We urge all players, officials and spectators to observe the appropriate guidance.

Last Saturday our first league home game of the season was against Beeston. This was the first match at Saint Hill under the new Covid19 regulations. This included no use of clubhouse facilities apart from toilets. For the game there was no ball patrol.  Goals from Tess Howard and Sophie Bray (2) in the middle of the match saw East Grinstead 3-0 winners. This result means that going into today’s game East Grinstead is the only team with a 100% record.

Our opposition today, Buckingham, had a tough away game against last season’s champions Surbiton going down 3-0 in the first round of matches but came back with a narrow win against University of Birmingham last week. Matches against Buckingham are usually l close fought affairs but we hope to build on the confidence gained from our first two games.
